These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) of Valentius Kryptix (“we”, “us”, “our”), a technology and consulting company based in India. By accessing or using any of our Services, you (“you”, “the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Our Services
Valentius Kryptix provides software development, management consulting, digital marketing, EdTech, e-commerce, internship programs, and business messaging services across its brands. Specific Services may have additional product terms, which apply together with these Terms. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services, and where you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and with the policies of any third-party platforms involved. You will not:
- Send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications;
- Contact people who have not provided the required consent, or who have opted out;
- Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates third-party rights;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell, or gain unauthorized access to our Services or infrastructure;
- Use our Services to violate any applicable law or third-party platform policy.
You are solely responsible for your content and for obtaining any consent required from the people you contact.
4. WhatsApp Business messaging services
Where you use our WhatsApp messaging Services, you additionally agree to comply with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from your recipients and for the content of the messages you send. For data your customers share through these Services, you act as the data fiduciary / controller; our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party platforms
Our Services may depend on third-party platforms, including Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API and, where enabled, AI providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Your use is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, rate-limits, or bans imposed by those third parties, including Meta restricting a WhatsApp number or account.
6. Fees, billing, and no refunds
Where a Service is offered on a paid or credit-based basis, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay; we do not store full payment-card details. All payments and prepaid credits are final and non-refundable, including subscription, setup, and usage fees, and partially used periods or credits, except where a refund is required by applicable law. For messaging Services, Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations separately, billed to the account that owns the WhatsApp Business Account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features are optional and, where offered, disabled by default. If you enable them, you are responsible for reviewing their suitability for your use case. AI output may be inaccurate; we do not warrant the correctness of AI-generated content, and you remain responsible for content sent from your account.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not provide any specific uptime or service-level guarantee unless agreed in writing. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or third-party issues.
9. Intellectual property
Our Services, including software, design, and content (excluding your own data and content), are owned by Valentius Kryptix and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your active relationship with us. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, violate any applicable third-party platform policy, or use our Services in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Services at any time. On termination, we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valentius Kryptix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, message-delivery failures, or platform bans, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valentius Kryptix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Internship Program Terms & Conditions

These Internship Program Terms govern your participation in any VK Interns Hub internship program operated by Valentius Kryptix (“we”, “us”). They supplement our general Terms & Conditions; where there is a conflict regarding internship programs, these terms prevail.
1. Nature of the program
VK Interns Hub programs are structured educational and training programs, not employment. Participation does not create an employer–employee relationship, does not entitle you to any salary, stipend, or benefits, and does not guarantee a job offer, placement, or referral. Any mention of hiring partners or referrals describes a possible benefit of certain tiers, not a promise of employment.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf. Applicants under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent to enrol. We may request reasonable proof of eligibility. The iOS track additionally requires access to a Mac.
3. Enrolment, tiers, and durations
Programs are offered across multiple tracks, durations (1, 2, 3, or 6 months), and tiers (Starter/free, Pro, Elite). Features of each tier are described on our website and may be updated for future batches.
4. Fees, billing, and no refunds (internship programs)
Where an internship program is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay the applicable fees at the time of enrolment. Payments are collected via UPI or through third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment details. All payments are final and non-refundable, including fees for paid internship tiers, setup fees, and any partially used periods — regardless of whether assigned tasks have been started or accessed. No refunds, prorated or otherwise, are issued under any circumstances except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. The free Starter tier involves no payment and is unaffected by this clause. By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy.
5. Your projects and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the original work and code you create during the program. In exchange for the program, mentorship, and certification, you grant Valentius Kryptix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reference, and showcase your project work and a brief description of it for educational, verification, and marketing purposes. Program materials, briefs, curriculum, and platform remain our intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed.
6. Certificates
Certificates are awarded on completion of the required project tasks for your track and tier. A certificate evidences participation and completion only; it is not an academic degree or a guarantee of competency to any third party. We may withhold or revoke a certificate in cases of plagiarism, fraud, payment reversal, or breach of these terms.
7. Code of conduct
You agree to submit your own work, to not plagiarise or misrepresent others’ code as your own, and to behave respectfully in all mentor sessions and community spaces. Harassment, cheating, or abusive conduct are grounds for removal from the program without refund.
8. Mentorship and outcomes
Mentorship, reviews, and guidance are provided for educational purposes. We do not warrant any particular career outcome, grade, interview result, or hiring decision.
9. Third-party tools
The program uses third-party tools and platforms — including GitHub, deployment/hosting providers, Firebase, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — each governed by its own terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms and for any accounts you create.
10. Campus Ambassador program
Where offered, the Campus Ambassador program is subject to separate eligibility and any referral/commission terms communicated to you at the time of invitation.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a participant for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other participants or staff. Consistent non-submission may result in deactivation, as described in program FAQs; you may re-apply for a future batch.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated here, programs are provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability relating to your participation is limited as set out in the master Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Indian courts.
